San Vicente Tiganá Santana, Sebastian Notini, Ldson Galter

»San Vicente« is the second single from Tiganá Santana’s, Sebastian Notini’s and Ldson Galter’s album »Milagres« (16 July 2020). »Milagres« is a unique interpretation of legendary Música Popular Brasileira protagonist Milton Nascimento’s album »Milagre dos Peixes« that was released in 1973 after having been censored by the Brazilian authorities. »San Vicente«, however, is a song from Nascimento’s and Lô Borges’s earlier album from 1972, »Clube da Esquina«.

The trio’s take on Nascimento’s much-debated »Milagre…« was premiered in Berlin at the »No! Music Festival« at Haus der Kulturen der Welt in 2017. The trio recorded their version later in Sebastian Notini’s studio in Salvador de Bahia.

Earlier this year, the Bahian composer, singer, instrumentalist, music producer and researcher Tiganá Santana released his fourth album »Vida Código« on the Swedish label Ajabu!Records.
