The A-side track “Mittendrin” puts the marked preference for straight techno parade on the point with 130 bpm. Don´t look to the left and don´t look to the right, only look straight ahead and dance the constructivism. Yes, that's fun. The track quotes KOMPAKTs´own classic from the early nineties. Who knows it ...? The eagle-side goes on with the tradition of the B-side snuggle-techno on Speicher. “Vision 05” absolutely doesn´t rank behind the forerunners “Roxy”, “Vision 03” and “Vision 04”.
Doppelt hält besser. Die A-Seite “Mittendrin” betont einmal mehr die ungebrochene Vorliebe der Voigt-Brüder für Offbeat, und kommt mit marschgeraden Paradentechno um die 130 BPM direkt auf den Punkt. Schau nicht nach links, schau nicht nach rechts, schau nur nach vorn und tanz den Konstruktivismus. Ja, das macht Spass. Das Stück zitiert übrigens einen hauseigenen Klassiker aus den frühen 90ern. Wer kennts ...? Die Adler-Seite setzt die schöne Tradition des Schmusetechno-B-Seiten Konzeptes auf Speicher auf’s Warmherzigste fort. “Vision 05” steht seinen Vorgängern “Roxy”, “Vision 03” und “Vision 04” in nichts nach.
