Ableton x Kompakt Pop Up Store Berlin

Our Pop Up Store Berlin that kicked off Saturday last week featured Ableton co-founder Gerhard Behles and Kompakt co-founder Wolfgang Voigt presenting an exclusive public discussion lead by acclaimed journalist Tobias Rapp. Day 2 of the store started off with CDR coming in and hosting a discussion to a full room with none other than Ewan Pearson. They discuss the art of the remix – from how he is commissioned to do one all the way through the production process and delivery of the final mix down. This was followed by two artists performing in the store live using Ableton's brand new Push Controller. BLKRTZ commander in chief Deadbeat performed a blistering techno set followed by a powerful set by rising producer Dauwd. Both will be hosting discussions and Ableton's Open Studio beside the shop this week. Be sure to check out the full program for the week right here. The Pop Up store is located in Mitte at Schönhauser Allee 6-7 and we're open until September 7 from 14:00 - 21:00. If your around we hope to see you! We have got a collection of Photos online.
