Gluteus Maximus' "Everlasting" will see release on Radio Bongo

Iceland's President Bongo and DJ Margeir aka Gluteus Maximus are two famed alchemists well-known in international club culture. These dysfunktional artists, steeped in the ancient red art of double-handed beat-synch disorder, have travelled the world jockeying their tracks all over the place and remixed electronic luminaries like Sigur Rós, Trentemøller or most recently Superpitcher's “Moon Fever”. With their mind-blowing hit single “Everlasting” featuring the magnificent vocals of Högni Egilsson, the GusGus mastermind and his partner in crime present their first proper release on Radio Bongo, one of the newest label imprints to become part of Kompakt's distribution. Out on 20th of August exclusively via Kompakt, with remixes by Kasper Björke and Put My Hands In Your Pocket, we're pretty sure that this jewel of a record will become a late-summer favorit.
