Our friends at BINE are prepping to release the forthcoming SCANNER full length ROCKETS, UNTO THE EDGES OF EDGES available. Robin Rimbaud has come to earn almost legendary status with his countless contributions to electronic music. With the lead single SANS SOLEIL, Michael Gira of Swans & Angels Of Light fame on guitar, Scanner sings for the first time ever, his voice hovers over a barren landscape of fragile loops and harmonies. The video is well worth checking out, truly provoking the essence of the classic Marker film SAN SOLEIL. ROCKETS, UNTO THE EDGES OF EDGES will be released on April 27th, 2009 and features Michael Gira, Robert Fripp, John Barry, Patricia Rozario, William Burroughs and Bertrand Russell.
