Just recently, Taragana Pyjarama released his first full-length album "Tipped Bowls" via Kompakt, sparking a lot of interest in his artist persona and unique musical vision. Now, the well-known tastemakers/gatekeepers from Pitchfork sat down for an extensive album review, referencing the last decade of electronic music to compare the Danish newcomer to Four Tet, Gold Panda, Isolée and also our very own The Field. It's a damn fine read, even proclaiming that this album is "probably Kompakt's best release in a while." We're not so sure about that last part, being quite proud of our 2012 run so far, but we certainly won't complain about one of the most important alternative music hubs out there actually liking our music. You'll get the whole picture here.
