ANIITIME is the London based label established by rising star of the esteemed Kompakt family - ANII. After the success of her first two releases on the label and with an influx of experimental music at her hands, label head Michael Mayer encouraged ANII to start her own label, for all those tracks that needed a home.

This first release delivers 3 original tracks to kick start her own label. A hugely talented and humble producer, she has travelled a long way, both physically and transformatively, since arriving in the UK and studying at Point Blank School before embarking on her own production and DJ career. Channeling her emotions into her studio time, her productions demonstrate her innate ability to transmit deep emotion and solemn melodies with a potent, contagious energy.

Anii’s intention is clear with ‘Marching’ - this is a huge dance floor beast of a tune is made for early morning moments. Pumping from the off, carnival drums soon make way for a fearsome bassline that grabs you and doesn’t let go! Growing throughout, the melodic touches transform this track into something really special.

Keeping on the same vibe, ‘Little Raving People’ uses drums and acid to glorious effect. Pinned down under another pounding bass, this one grooves along magnificently.

Finally, ‘My Gravity’ explores her acidic side. Deeper and more considered, it’s highly addictive and wildly creative, marrying melodies with stomping beats and acid touches.
