In line with its FTA_VA02 — Building Bridges, Breaking Walls — statement, Furatena unveils a new compilation series that reinforces cross-scene collaboration and brings the label back to its roots: futuristic, yet dancefloor–focused electro break–beats. AX/{v1} opens with the most remarkable and long-awaited unreleased track by Binary Algorithms: "En Mi Barrio" showcases pulsating acidic basslines, metallic, hard-hitting snares, arpeggiated synth shots, and — as a final flourish — Robert Cosmic’s tell-tale vocal delivery crowns it all, shaping a massive, classic electro hymn. Next up, Furatena welcomes Vienna based Trust-affiliated duo /DL/MS/: "Regressive Behaviour" introduces an intricate sound design, textured basslines and crescendos of noise in constant tension that carve through hammering 808s and chrome-laced, blurred vocals. The second half is followed by jadzia, who returns after three years with "Hybrid State," a 140 BPM heater: glitched, synthesized percussion trace a razor-edged bassline, while a cracking, driving kick and grainy pads descend into obscure, psychedelic electro. Closing the four-tracker, Furatena’s associate Saigg signs off with his very own signature — "Gladiator" delivers bass-driven pulses and bubbling tones that slice through reverberant atmospheres and veiled melodies, dissolving into a shadow-drenched sonic field.
