Birth / Medicine Brendon Moeller

We are proud to announce another new geniuos act to the Echocord-camp. Currently residing in New York, South African ex-pat Brendon Moeller has been producing electronic music since 1993, which is when he purchased his first drum machine. He records as Beat Pharmacy for Francois K's Deep Space Media imprint and as Echologist for Mule Musiq and Kingstreet Records. For his debut outing on Echocord he has created two tracks of lush minimal dub- techno that are a must for fans of the genre. Both tracks are equally strong and feature warm reverb-soaked synths and dubbed out psychedelic basslines that are reminiscent of the more soothing and hypnotic side of the Basic Channel, Deep Chord and Pole. "Medicine" chugs along with a strong hypnotic dancefloor groove while "Birth" is catchy and melodic.
