Electrónica Disfuncional Junn

5 years after “Manchas” on the FTA VAO1 Junn returns to Furatena with his first solo release. Unlike his label debut track, “Electrónica Disfuncional” delivers 4 fast tempo cuts oscillating between techno, IDM and Electro.

The EP unfolds with “Insomnio”, a cinematic yet dance danfloor-killer opener built on vast atmospheres and sci-fi acidic tension. From there, it descends into the tactile pulse of “Elecrónica Disfuncional,” where fluid modulation and restless metallic rhythms spiral around a weighty core, stretching the track into deep, immersive space.

Momentum intensifies in “Dolor Fantasma.” Sharper 4 on the floor drums cut through as shifting filters carve a restless path forward, steering the record into murkier, more cerebral territory—mesmerizing, propulsive, and mistakably at odds with Junn’s austere aesthetic.

The closing chapter, “Sumisión,” leaves a lasting imprint. Driven by a throbbing saturated synth line and shadow-laced pitch-shifting modulations, it feels less like an ending and more like a prelude—signaling a bold new phase in Junn’s ever-evolving sonic language.
