Evocation Robert S (PT)

A true explorer of the darker side of techno, Robert S, now also known as Robert Hoff, releases on Soniculture, what may be considered his last work under the name of his first alter ego. The EP begins with “Evocation”, totally energized and mental with a profound and reverberated bass drum making it a very legit techno track. “Pentagram”, follows the same reverberated bass drum but this time there is an an eerie melody, that makes it all deeper bringing light into the mix. “Teleasthesia” and “Psychokinesis“ go into more experimental and ambient directions, showing a versatile Robert S, with ideas that surpass techno and where darkness subsides in other forms. “Cryptasthesia” brings some beats into the mix, very profound ones that are backed up with techno style arrangements, making it a very unique track, different from all the others.
