Fernweh EP Mick Rubin

Before becoming a producer of electronic music, Mike Rubin travelled many paths. He worked as a producer of music for TV trailers, commercials, and film scores. But once he entered electronic music production he cut straight to the matter and became a part of the MGF family: got hooked up via the Internet, remixed "Holunderbaum," and now he's doing his own tracks. As befits his life story, we find one of its core elements in his music: atmosphere! To say the least! These tracks are moving. The soundtrack to an introspective journey into a place where there is no fear of losing oneself or abandoning control. The beats are reminiscent of a giant bird's claws thudding the ground as it runs to take off and glide endlessly through the hot, polished air. Trance in the sense of expanding one's senses rather than being dull and senseless- an experience that is sure to get you gleaming.
