The Bavarian world-class producer and the Berlin art prodigy have once again created a sparkling mixture, as Meese's manic, circling speech performances continue to prove a perfect match for the hypnotic electro-soundscapes that Hell conjures up from his music machines. ‘Gesamtklärwerk Deutschland’ focuses in a remarkable way on the techno pop of Kraftwerk in their “Electric Café” era.
