SPEICHER X continues our mission to spontaneously release tracks which we feel shouldn’t be confined to the sticks of the elite for months of exclusive DJ play, but tracks that define the immediate moment – made to be played and owned by the people. Following releases from Michael Mayer, Blackrachas and Patrice Bäumel, we introduce two familiar faces who join forces for the first time. Florian Kruse (Suara, Stil Vor Talent, Noir) and Julian Wassermann (Stil Vor Talent, Senso Sound) reside in opposite sides of Germany but have managed to come together and sound as if they'd shared a studio for years. “Gotland” perfectly demonstrates peak time restraint and release with an indispensable long lead, acid tinged, techno behemoth.
