The swirling green patterns of the northern lights in the darkness of the polar night are a perfectly natural phenomenon. At the same time they are an extremely surreal and mind-blowing experience. That’s a pretty good description for the Green Lake Project, as well, which adds hypnotic, technoish vibrations to the sound spectrum of the 3000° artist collective. The Green Sky EP is as organic and full of hidden wonders as the secluded forests and lakes that are the most important source of inspiration for Green Lake Project. On the other hand, the energetic groove of the two tracks Stardust and Suburban is just as high-tech and futuristic as the machines on which they have been produced.
