It's not what he thought it would be like. Not at all. Sure, he suspected that he'd miss them. But that much? It's feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing. You recognize the picture, but at the same time you're sure that something's wrong with it. It's a strange feeling. But let's get over it and stop whinging. After all they should be somewhere in here. Not only the two but also some friends...Mabye they're in the clearing close to the water. Maybe we should take a break. Right here at the border of this sunny spot in the meadows, lean against the elder bush and let the tired lids rest for a while... Ooops - is it already dark out there? What a dream I just had. Everyone turned up and brought some music with them. All around there's gentle swinging and pounding, a babble of voices. The clearing that had been cozy until a moment ago turned into a dancefloor crowded with happy people. It's like they've never been away!
So hatte er sich das nicht vorgestellt. Wirklich nicht. Klar, er hatte geahnt, daß er sie vermissen würde. Aber dermaßen ? Als würde ein Puzzleteil fehlen. Man erkennt das Bild, weiß aber, daß etwas nicht stimmt. Kein gutes Gefühl. Aber genug der Jammerei. Schließlich sollten sie hier irgendwo stecken. Und nicht nur die Beiden, nein auch ein paar Freunde... Vielleicht ja auf der Lichtung am Wasser. Oder doch erstmal eine Pause. Hier am Rand der sonnigen Wiese; den Rücken gegen den Holunderbaum gelehnt und die schweren Lider etwas ruhen lassen.... Ups - schon dunkel ? Aber was für ein Traum: Alle sind gekommen, Musik haben sie auch mitgebracht. Ein sanftes Schwingen und Stampfen, Stimmengewirr. Die eben noch lauschige Lichtung eine mit glücklichen Menschen bevölkerte Tanzfläche. Alles wie immer, als wären sie nie weggewesen !
