Barker & Baumecker's album debut "Transsektoral" on Ostgut Ton

Berlin's Barker & Baumecker (aka nd_baumecker) have become known for exhibiting unconventional takes on Techno without distorting its characteristics... which in this case are also those of the Berghain, so some truly heavy bangers are always to be expected. But with those two artists, the sounds come in all shapes and sizes, really. It should come as no surprise then, that their album debut is a many-sided prism reflecting different iterations of the lingua techno. Titled "Transsektoral", the album name refers to the duo's ambition to travel across the entire spectrum of electronic music, and that's exactly what they do. "Transsektoral" is out September 10th on Ostgut Ton.
