Florine Stettheimer in the mix

Reclusive early 20th century icon Florine Stettheimer was not only known for her Deco-influenced paintings, but also for a posthumously published collection of her poems entitled "Crystal Flowers". Now, Berlin's Mathew Gallery and contemporary artist Nick Mauss curated an exhibition presenting diverse scorings of these poems by Dan Fox, Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon and many more. All of these recordings can be found on the strictly limited "Crystal Flowers" LP availabe via Kompakt.fm.
